We understand that it was busy but the level of incompetence was astounding, especially after having to listen to the same employee complain about how busy it was (after watching him stand at the counter doing nothing while his co workers were busting out pizzas and cleaning up after large parties of customers). Our pizza was finally brought out with no explanation. My husband and toddler went to the car, at this point we had been there an hour and our toddler couldn?t hang. It will tickle your taste buds and leave you longing for more. We were told by the kid at the counter that he didn?t know where our order was and that it was ?lost? without letting us know how this would be remedied he ended the conversation and walked away. We went inside though and as we're paying for a buffet, I spot the floor in the kitchen, which has food/scraps scattered all about. I was almost not wanting to even enter, just seeing how dirty the front door was (gross!).
